I ran my own business for six years before this, so I know what it's like when business development stops the moment you get busy with delivery. For recruiting and staffing firms, that cycle is brutal — you're either buried in active searches or scrambling for the next client, and there's rarely time for both.
That's the problem I built this to solve. I find the right prospects, write the outreach, run the campaigns, and handle every reply myself. No account managers, no handoffs to a junior team. You work directly with the person who built the system.
What I don't do is promise you a number of meetings. I run the outbound machine and bring you qualified conversations. Closing them is your team's job — that's the part you're already good at.
