These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at getrecallify.com (the "Site"). The Site provides information about Recallify's managed cold email outbound service for staffing and recruiting firms, and a way to schedule a call with us via Calendly. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Site itself does not offer a self-service signup or subscription. Recallify's outbound service is engaged directly with our team following a call, and is governed by a separate written service agreement between Recallify and the client (see Section 3).
2. No Guarantee of Results
Any figures, sample conversations, mockups, or example outcomes shown on this Site — including illustrative chat threads, calendar mockups, or performance figures — are for illustration only and do not represent guaranteed results for any client. Outbound email performance depends on factors including the client's offer, target market, timing, and market conditions, much of which is outside Recallify's control. Nothing on this Site should be read as a promise of a specific number of replies, meetings, or business outcomes.
3. Paid Engagements
If you engage Recallify as a paying client, the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, cancellation terms, and service-level commitments for that engagement are set out in a separate written service agreement signed between you and Recallify. These website Terms govern use of the Site only and do not themselves create a service contract.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including copy, design, illustrative mockups, and branding — is Recallify's property or used under license, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any workflows, system designs, and service infrastructure used to deliver Recallify's outbound service remain Recallify's exclusive intellectual property.
5. Third-Party Links
This Site links to third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling calls. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Recallify is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site, including reliance on any illustrative content described in Section 2. This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
